We are excited to invite you to join us for the annual 2026 Bedford Holi Celebration. Let's eat, dance and spread colorful joy as one big Bedford family!  

**This event is open to the larger general Bedford community, as well as family and friends from other towns.  Please spread the word!

We encourage attendees to wear white so that the colored powder shows up, but it is certainly not required!  The colored powder is safe but may not always wash out.  Some participants may choose to wear sunglasses to protect their eyes.

Please note:

1.  Advance ticket purchase will be available until June 1, 2026.  After that time, ticket prices will increase to $7/ticket.  Tickets will also be available onsite for purchase. 

2.  Two complimentary packets of color will be provided.  Please do not bring your own color, as we need to ensure the color used is safe for all participants and will wash off our town fields.  Additional color will be available for purchase at $2 (sizes vary).  Please bring cash for additional color purchases.

*Color will be provided to each ticket holder on a first come first serve basis, as long as supplies last.  Children 2 and under will not receive color.  

**Color packets vary in size.  While supplies last, ticket holders will receive 1 large/1small color packets.  

3. If you wish, please zero out the optional donation to the Zeffy ticketing provider on the payment screen.

BY PURCHASING TICKETS TO THE 2026 BEDFORD HOLI CELEBRATION, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

LIABILITY WAIVER
All members of the party, on his/her/their own behalf and on behalf of any spouse, heirs, personal representatives, or assignees agree to hereby release, hold harmless, and indemnify South Asian Association of Bedford and their respective owners, coordinators, directors, officers, volunteers, the 2026 South Asian Association of Bedford Committee, members, and agents from any and all damages, claims, causes of action and liability.  We agree that all members in the party above are attending this event at his/her/their own risk.

PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT

All members of the party understand that by attending this event you hereby consent to having your photo/likeness/recordings posted publicly and on social media, solely in connection with the 2026 Bedford Holi Celebration and South Asian Association of Bedford. No photos/likeness/recordings will be used for commercial purposes. 

REFUND POLICY
In the event of inclement weather, all ticket sales will automatically be applied to the rain date on June 14, 2026.  Refunds will ONLY be provided if the event does not occur due to inclement weather on both dates.
